4 Minute walk to the VSF office! Maps had said 10, but when you do the walk, it's 4-5. AMAZING, caring friendly staff taking pride in their work. Clean rooms. Very good fulfilling variety breakfast. Very clean. An 8-9 minute WALK to Taxim, which is the big tourist center with all the restaurants, the main masjid in the area, cafes, shopping you name it. The first night I got there, I was exhausted, and was very late. Did not want to go out. Their security Guard, named "REFIK" who used to be an ex-Turkish Military member, was so kind and generous enough to show me this really great grill street food place. A security guard who does his work, yet so friendly and generous enough to show me a food place when in need. They treated me like a king. I felt secure at the place yet they were so friendly. If you want convenience to the VSF office where there is a Starbucks right beside it, at highly competitive rate, experiencing some luxury, but most importantly to experience the local culture, people with dialogue, and personal recommendations, this is the place to be. I can't say enough about their friendliness of SEVERAL. Even the kitchen staff were friendly and honestly, I felt like I was eating home made food in breakfast. There was a bit of extra love in the food the tea. I've been to much more expensive hotels, and staff are very cold, and they sour the experience, and it's all about the experience. If you want a great experience, value for you money to hit everything on the spot at central Istanbul, and get back home happy, this hotel is the way to go. I will actually go back there if I ever come back and recommending to all friends and colleagues.

Easy access to Taksim square and other shopping areas. Staff are exceptionally kind and helpful. They will go above and beyond to make you happy and enjoy your stay. Front desk staff Omer and Denya are outstanding. They both deserve a promotion and pay rise in my opinion as their customer service is faultless. They were patient with not only my family but also other guests. You could see, they loved their job. Housekeeping lady from Uganda (didn’t get her name) also very friendly and helpful. We asked for extra towels and they were provided with a smile. Both Omer and Denya very helpful in ordering taxis for you at a bargain price. They will even come out of hotel to ensure they speak to taxi driver so that they don’t rip you off or take you for a ride.

there were several things we liked about this hotel. firstly, the location was fantastic. It was conveniently situated near a variety of amenities such as grocery stores restaurants and neighborhood was quiet and safe and de best hotel we can ever stay in instanbul in the cleanliness this is the best hotel we can fond in instanbul and their food is very delicious and also this is the cheap and best hotel and also my favorite staff over here is Mr. ERCAN he has helped us alot and also guided us throughout instanbul and the hotel manager was like a family to us who cared us so much . The rooms over here was fantastic it was big and aesthetic i would recommend all of you to come to DENCITY HOTEL if traveling to instanbul thankyou

Our family stay at Dencity Hotel (Istanbul) from February 22nd to 25th was wonderful! The hotel was clean and comfortable. The true highlight was the exceptional staff, especially Ms. Derya, Mr. Ercan and . Mr. Bayram were extremely kind and helpful. Ms. Derya helped us with finding affordable taxies, other city information Breakfast was fine for the amount we paid. We highly recommend Dencity Hotel and Spa. !

Excellent service and manner from front desk.I was offered a coffee, whilst waiting for my cab to the airport. The braekfast was really well laid out, with ample choice of eats.The coffee machine, was just and added extra! The room was was spacious, and the bed super comfortable! In terms of location it, makes for interesting scenery. I recommend this hotel for a nights peaceful sleep.
